Becoming a RAQ member is through a formal application in writing. Every Rwandan or any other member of the public with marital ties to a Rwandan can apply for membership, provided they live in Queensland. RAQ also accepts honorary membership from other Queensland residents. Valid membership implies a fee of AUD $5.00 to help meet the management costs of the association.
